We check their photo ID so you know that they are who they say they are. We check that they can work in the UK legally. We interview cleaners personally. We will either email you a photograph of your assigned cleaner or we will phone you and give you a description of your cleaner. So that you always know who your cleaner is when they are referred by us. Safety is our priority
